25 years of successful operation in the market allowed the company to become one of the world centers for the production of aircraft heat exchangers. An important stage in the company's development was the commissioning in 2011 of a research and production complex in Kimry, Tver Region, created to ensure serial supplies under the Boeing 787 and Airbus 380 programs, expand the range of products, and meet the growing needs of the Russian aviation market. The second stage of the production complex, opened at the end of 2017, will make it possible to produce the world's largest aircraft heat exchangers of a unique design, which are used on Boeing aircraft of the 767, 777, and 787 families. To implement this project, a special investment contract (SPIC) was concluded with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the first in the Russian aviation industry.
The complex is certified for silver and gold levels of the international energy efficiency standard LEED, is equipped with modern equipment and uses lean manufacturing methods (Lean Manufacturing).
